Questions and answers

What people ask before the first call.

Is my company big enough?

Startups: an AI agent already in production, any team size. Other companies: from about ten people up to a few hundred, or any size where one workflow handles a few hundred cases a week. If you are smaller than that, the first call will say so. It costs you thirty minutes.

What do you need from us?

Little. Thirty minutes for the first call. One hour in which the person who does the workflow shows us three to five real cases, then up to ten real examples and read access to the system. One hour at each of two milestones during the build, and about fifteen minutes a day for two weeks in which a person approves each result.

What happens to my data?

Your data stays yours. We work under a data-processing agreement (AVV), only on your data needed for the workflow, and delete what is no longer needed once the build ends. Where the data run and which provider is involved is named in writing before the process check starts.

I am bound by professional secrecy. Can you still work with me?

Yes. For law firms, tax advisers and medical practices we sign the written undertaking your profession requires before we see a single file. In medical practices only admin and scheduling workflows are in scope, never treatment.

What if the verdict is STOP?

You keep the written reasons, the one-page picture and the numbers, and pay nothing beyond the prototype — no build starts.

How do I pay?

The first call and the process check are free, the prototype is €500 and counts toward the build if it starts within 30 days, the build is €2,500 in two parts, €1,250 per accepted milestone, and running it is €250 a month — cancel any time.

Do you build, or only check what I already have?

Both — the process check looks at what exists (even an AI agent already running), and the build starts only if the verdict is GO or FIX FIRST.
